Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your email address, optional username, and password. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn, we receive the profile details those providers share with us, such as your name and email address. We also collect usage data such as training session results, scores, and interaction logs to improve the platform and track your progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Intuito; personalise your training experience; send transactional emails such as one-time login codes; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using scrypt and are never stored in plain text. Please see our Security page for more details.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use OAuth providers such as Google, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn for social sign-in, plus Stripe for payment processing. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can manage or delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. For any data requests or questions, contact us at privacy@intuito.app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of Intuito after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
