User Data Deletion

Intuito lets you sign in with Facebook and other social providers. If you created your account this way, Facebook only shares your name and email address with us. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time using either of the methods below.

Delete your account yourself

The fastest way is from within the app. Sign in, open Account settings, and use the Delete account option in the Danger Zone. We recommend downloading your data first from the same page — deletion is irreversible.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email us at privacy@intuito.app from the email address linked to your account, or tell us the email tied to your Facebook login. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We remove your profile, login identifiers (including the link to your Facebook, Google, X, or LinkedIn account), training session history, scores, achievements, and leaderboard entries. Records we are legally required to retain — such as invoices and payment records needed for tax and accounting — are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted.
